不同剂量~(60)Coγ射线照射人外周血,剂量范围从0一7Gy,用染色体提前凝聚技术研究由照射所致淋巴细胞G_1-PCC中的断片值与剂量关系。该方法细胞不需达到有丝分裂中期即可直接检查间期细胞的染色体损伤。结果表明,在照后即刻G_1-PCC的断片产额适合线性回归模式。
Different doses of ~(60)Co gamma radiation were used to irradiate human peripheral blood. The dose range was from 0 to 7 Gy. The relationship between dose and dose of lymphocytes in G 1 -PCC induced by irradiation was studied by using chromosome-advance cohesion technique. This method allows the cell to directly inspect chromosomal damage of interphase cells without reaching the middle phase of mitosis. The results showed that the fragment yield of G_1-PCC immediately after irradiation was suitable for the linear regression model.
