从西江流域佛山段水环境保护需求出发,以.NET Framework为系统基础运行环境,使用Google Maps API V3将Google地图嵌入到网页进行标识开发,依托LINQ to SQL技术对基础数据进行对象化操作,通过构建基础数据层、数据存取层、业务逻辑层、UI表现层等4层架构,建立环境质量、主要风险源、环境敏感点及环境应急处置资源等信息数据库,运用计算机技术和监测技术,系统实现了水环境质量的可视化实时监控和水质的模拟预测功能,可为流域水环境的风险预警、事故源头追溯和环境污染事故应急提供技术支持。
Based on the requirements of water environment protection in Foshan section of Xijiang River Basin and using .NET Framework as the basic operating environment, Google Maps API V3 is used to embed Google Maps into web pages for identity development. By relying on LINQ to SQL technology, the basic data is obeyed. Build a 4-layer architecture of basic data layer, data access layer, business logic layer and UI presentation layer, and establish an information database of environmental quality, major risk sources, environmental sensitive points and environmental emergency disposal resources. By using computer technology and monitoring technology, Realizes the visual real-time monitoring of water environment quality and the simulation and forecast function of water quality, which can provide technical support for early warning of water environment in river basin, accident source tracing and emergency of environmental pollution accident.
