文化领导力是领导者凭借组织文化、领导魅力、组织行为模式、组织价值观念等实现组织目标的能力,也指领导者在领导过程中所表现的激励下属实现目标的能力。文化领导力建设不仅是提高领导成效的重要途径,也是知识经济发展的必然要求。所以,应当从共同愿景、先进思想、价值观念、制度文化等方面出发,深入推进文化领导力建设,以更好地提升组织的领导质量,促进组织的长远发展。
Cultural leadership is the leader’s ability to achieve organizational goals by virtue of organizational culture, leadership charisma, organizational behavior patterns and organizational values, as well as the ability of leaders to motivate their subordinates to achieve their goals during their leadership. The construction of cultural leadership is not only an important way to improve the effectiveness of leadership, but also an inevitable requirement for the development of knowledge-based economy. Therefore, we should proceed from the common vision, advanced thinking, values, institutional culture and other aspects to further promote cultural leadership in order to better enhance the leadership quality of the organization and promote the long-term development of the organization.
