St14 HF钢加强板的修边冲孔工序采用了复合模具。对其冲压工艺进行了分析,确定了模具类型和结构,并对模具的主要零件进行了设计,包括冲孔凸模、冲孔凹模、卸料部件等,并基于CATIA软件对零部件建立了适当的约束,进行了虚拟装配与仿真得到完整的装配模型。
