近年来我国多行业的融合与中小企业数量的猛增,刺激了行业之间、企业之间等诸多方面的竞争。当代各行各业的竞争已经不再是单纯的资源竞争、市场竞争,而是逐步延伸到了人才领域的竞争当中,并且高端人才的加入将更加能够影响到一个公司未来的发展与扩张。为此,在市场经济这一新时代背景下,如何对现有企业人力资源管理中所存在的问题进行创新解决,如何开发更加具有创新意义的人力资源管理模式已经成为了当代我国学术界以及实务界研究的重要课题。
