员工的培训对中小企业的可持续发展有着重要的现实意义。中小企业的员工培训存在着投入资源少、短期培训的困境。而中小企业和员工的可持续发展要求对员工长期培训。因此,对中小企业员工培训采取短期培训和长期培训相结合的培训方式。
