介绍了一台基于多缝单丝法的强流离子束发射度仪,讨论了缝丝法的测量原理及该发射度仪的系统构成和设计要点,给出了利用该发射度仪对中国原子能科学研究院ECR离子源发射度的测量结果。对于强流离子束,只能采用短缝对束流进行不完全采样以实现充分的冷却。由此引起的系统误差,可以通过模拟计算估计其修正值。
A strong current ion beam transmitter based on multi-slit monofilament method is introduced. The measuring principle of the slit wire method and the system components and design points of the gauge instrument are discussed. The application of the emitter instrument to China atomic energy Institute of Science ECR ion source emission measurement results. For high-intensity ion beams, only short shots can be used to incompletely sample the beam to achieve adequate cooling. The resulting system error can be estimated through simulation to correct its value.
