项目时间管理是保证项目能按期完成、合理安排项目所需资源、节约项目成本的重要措施之一,项目时间管理的核心问题是项目进度问题。针对预研项目进度管理的现状,引入关键链项目管理方法,找出预研项目的制约因素,分析任务可能延期的风险,通过对资源调配进行优化,挖掘项目如期完成的潜力;结合预研项目特点进行建模,充分考虑人的心理因素和不确定性,提出更客观的任务工期评估算法;并在缓冲区设置上采用风险定量分析方法,最终使用MS Project工具编制了合理直观的项目计划。
Project time management is one of the important measures to ensure that the project can be completed on schedule, reasonably arrange the required resources and save the project cost. The key issue of project time management is the progress of the project. In view of the status quo of the progress management of the pre-research project, the key-link project management method was introduced to identify the constraints of the pre-research project, analyze the risks of possible postponement of the mission, optimize the resource allocation and tap the potential of the project as scheduled. By combining the pre-research project Characteristics are modeled, human factors and uncertainties are taken into full consideration, and a more objective task duration evaluation algorithm is put forward. In the setting of buffer, a risk quantitative analysis method is adopted, and a reasonable and intuitive project plan is finally prepared by using MS Project tools.
