近年文献曾介绍用三甲基氧膦(TMPO)萃取分离铂族金属,但未见报道测定TMPO中的铂。本文试验了不同的稀释剂溶解TMPO,以及铂(Ⅳ)从TMPO中反萃入水相的适宜条件。结果表明,当用二苄基二硫代乙二酰胺(DBDO)、三氯甲烷萃取钯时,TMPO溶于三氯甲烷,而铂(Ⅳ)则被反萃入水相。用DBDO作显色剂,在氯化亚锡存在下,铂(Ⅱ)与DBDO生成红色络合物进行分光光度测定。
In recent years, the literature has introduced trimethylphosphine oxide (TMPO) extraction and separation of platinum group metals, but no reports of determination of platinum in TMPO. In this paper, different diluents were used to dissolve TMPO, and the suitable conditions for the platinum (IV) to be stripped back into aqueous phase from TMPO. The results showed that TMPO was dissolved in chloroform while platinum (IV) was stripped into the aqueous phase when palladium was extracted with dibenzyldithiooxamide (DBDO) and trichloromethane. With DBDO as a chromogenic reagent, platinum (II) forms a red complex with DBDO in the presence of stannous chloride for spectrophotometric determination.
