普通高校速滑教学时数少,需采用有效方法提高教学质量。速滑教学采用陆地诱导和模仿动作的练习与轮滑模仿滑冰的练习,能有效地发展学生下肢肌肉力量和专项素质,有助于身体的平衡、协调能力的提高。陆地诱导和模仿练习的优点是条件简单,利于学生集中精力进行模仿练习,缺点是缺乏冰上动作的实感;冰上练习优点是具有冰上动作的实感,缺点是练习难度大,易分散学生的注意力。因此,采用轮滑模仿滑冰的练习,显示出速滑教学的优势。用轮滑模仿
