新课程倡导校本课程的开发,要求教师要充分挖掘本地教育资源。因此我们应该充分关注幼儿在地域范围内的学习内容、形式和过程,深刻反思幼儿所生活的社会环境,理顺学习过程中的各种关系,寻求具有实效性、开创性的学习策略。在教学实践中,我们认识到幼儿学习兴趣最高涨的时刻就是师生之间、幼儿和材料、想法和行动积极互动的时候,因此教师要积极动脑,精心预设活动区域,充分利用周围环境的每一个角落,让资源利用呈现出最大化,寻求具有创新思路的组织措施,让课程效益呈现最大化。
The new curriculum advocates the development of school-based curriculum, requiring teachers to fully tap local educational resources.
