目的 为临床应用锁骨上神经营养血管皮瓣提供解剖学依据。方法 在 3 6侧经股动脉插管灌注红色乳胶溶液的成人尸体标本上 ,对锁骨上神经营养血管的横径、长度及穿深筋膜点的位置进行了观测。结果 锁骨上神经营养血管包括颈升动脉肌皮支、颈横动脉颈段皮支、胸廓内动脉穿支、胸肩峰动脉胸肌支与肩峰支皮动脉 ,其穿深筋膜点外径分别为 :0 75mm、1 12mm、1 3 6mm、0 70mm及 0 79mm ;它们穿深筋膜点位置相对恒定 ,节段性地分布于锁骨上神经 ,为整段皮神经提供营养。结论 可以上述节段动脉为蒂 ,设计锁骨上神经营养血管皮瓣
Objective To provide anatomical basis for clinical application of supraclavicular neurovascular flap. Methods The transverse diameter and length of the supraclavicular neurovascular blood vessels and the location of deep fascia were observed on the adult cadaver on the side of 36 on the side of the femoral artery perfusion with red latex solution. Results The supraclavicular neurovascular vessels included the myocutaneous branch of the ascending artery, the cervical branch of the transverse cervical artery, the thoracic artery, the branch of the thoracic and arrhythmic artery, They were 0 75mm, 1 12mm, 1 36mm, 0 70mm and 0 79mm, respectively. They penetrated the deep fascia with a relatively constant position and distributed in the segments of the supraclavicular nerve to provide nutrition for the whole cutaneous nerve.
