复建西木公路小金河大桥主桥为(110+200+110)m三跨一联预应力混凝土连续刚构桥,设计中边跨比中跨多出一个不对称梁段,梁段长5m,梁体重量12.7t。在不平衡段悬浇施工中,边跨23#梁段采用轻型三角挂篮施工,在中跨端设置大型钢模水池进行注、泄水平衡配重,保证了T构悬臂两端的力矩平衡,防止了梁体倾覆,成功解决了桥梁边跨不对称段大吨位不平衡配重施工的技术难题,为山区同类型桥梁的施工积累了经验,提供了技术借鉴。
The main bridge of Xijin Highway Xiaoganhe Bridge is built with (110 + 200 + 110) m three spans and one prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. In the design, there is an asymmetrical beam section in the midspan spanning more than midspan. The beam section is 5m long, Beam body weight 12.7t. In the unbalanced section cantilever pouring construction, the cross-section 23 # beam section is constructed with light triangular hanging baskets, and a large steel-molded basin is provided at the midspan end to carry out the balance injection and discharge balancing to ensure the moment balance at both ends of the T- Prevent the beam body from overturning, and successfully solve the technical problems of large-tonnage unbalanced counterweight construction in the asymmetrical span of the bridge. It has accumulated experience for the construction of similar type bridges in mountainous areas and provided technical references.
