在血洗传统书店多年后,2015年11月一天,亚马逊在西雅图开了第一家线下书店。书店的遗老遗少们于是指指点点:图书没有这样摆放的;目标客户不明确;到处都是kindle。如今,亚马逊在全美的六家书店已经实现收支平衡,外行不经意又打了内行的脸。全球第一大电商当初破天荒地之举,一度令人费解。今天,从线上到线下,一众互联网公司逆行奔袭的逻辑却开始日渐清晰。
Years after bloodbathing a traditional bookstore, Amazon opened its first offline bookstore in Seattle on November 1, 2015. The bookstore legacy of the few who then pointing: the book is not so placed; the target customer is not clear; everywhere is kindle. Amazon now has a balance of payments across its six bookstores across the country, while outsiders have inadvertently tapped insiders. The world’s largest e-commerce was the first ever move, once puzzling. Today, from online to offline, the logic of a retrograde raid by a multitude of Internet companies is beginning to become clearer.
