党的十八届四中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,首次将依法治国作为中央全会的主题,彰显了法治尊严。但人的发展及社会进步离不开环境的熏陶和教化,当前法治文化理论的研究已相对成熟,但对于法治文化环境却鲜有成果。本文将法治文化环境的内容分为硬环境和软环境进行浅析,法治文化环境的形成是各要素相互作用的结果,软环境要以硬环境为基础,软环境各要素之间相互联系、互为前提,形成合力构成法治文化环境,并且潜移默化的作用于主体。 The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee examined and approved the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country Governing by Law in an all-round way.
