目的 :评价单管双球囊对小儿先天性肺动脉瓣狭窄的治疗价值。方法 :常规右心导管 ,测定肺动脉与右心室之跨瓣压差 ,作右室造影 ,测定肺动脉瓣瓣环直径 ,选择合适球囊 ,进行扩张后 ,重复测定肺动脉瓣跨瓣压差 ,作右室造影 ,以了解即刻疗效。结果 :2例扩张均获得成功 ,右室压力下降 ,肺动脉瓣区收缩期杂音减轻 ,经 1年随访 ,患者心功能良好 ,活动耐受力明显增加。结论 :单管双球囊方法治疗肺动脉瓣狭窄疗效好 ,安全 ,操作简单 ,术中并发症少 ,值得在临床上推广应用
Objective: To evaluate the value of single tube double balloon balloon balloon valve in the treatment of congenital pulmonary valve stenosis in children. Methods: Conventional right heart catheterization was performed to measure the transvalvular pressure difference between the pulmonary artery and the right ventricle. The right ventricular angiography was performed. The diameter of the pulmonary valve annulus was measured. After choosing the appropriate balloon, the pressure of the pulmonary valve flap was measured repeatedly. Room radiography to understand immediate effect. Results: All of the two cases were successful in dilatation. Right ventricular pressure was decreased and systolic murmur in pulmonary valve area was relieved. After one year follow-up, patients had good cardiac function and increased activity tolerance. Conclusion: Single-tube and double-balloon method for the treatment of pulmonary valve stenosis is effective, safe, easy to operate and less intraoperative complications, which is worth popularizing in clinic
