研究了AZ31镁合金热轧板材经不同退火处理后的显微组织、拉伸性能和压缩性能,并探讨了退火处理对镁板拉伸性能和压缩性能差异的影响。结果表明:退火后,板材发生了不同程度的再结晶;退火后板材的断裂伸长率提高,抗拉强度略有下降,其中400℃×5min退火后断裂伸长率最大;与单轴拉伸相比,退火对镁板单轴压缩的力学性能影响不大,板材经退火后极限变形率略有提高,抗压强度无明显变化,300℃×30 min退火后,镁板的压缩综合力学性能较好;镁板的拉伸性能和压缩性能存在差异,且差异与退火处理密切相关。
The microstructure, tensile properties and compressive properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy hot-rolled sheet after different annealing treatments were studied. The effects of annealing treatment on tensile properties and compressive properties of magnesium sheet were discussed. The results show that the sheet recrystallizes to some extent after annealing. The elongation at break of the sheet increases after annealing, and the tensile strength decreases slightly. The elongation at break after annealing at 400 ℃ for 5min is the highest, Compared with the uniaxial compression, the annealing has little effect on the mechanical properties of uniaxial compression. The ultimate deformation rate of the sheet increases slightly after annealing, and the compressive strength does not change significantly. After annealing at 300 ℃ for 30 min, the compressive mechanical properties Better; tensile properties and compressive properties of magnesium plate there are differences, and the difference is closely related with annealing.
