咽鼓管是中耳的重要组成部份,是沟通中耳和鼻病的管道。病鼓管是人体最复杂的结构之一,与中耳和鼻咽疾病甚为密切。咽鼓阻塞是咽鼓管机能障碍最常见的一种表现,它既是多种鼻、咽、腭部疾病的结果,又是多种中耳疾病的原因。咽鼓管阻塞在渗出性中耳炎和各型中耳炎性疾病的发生、发展中起着重要的作用,与中耳成形术的成败密切相关。由于解剖、生理等原因,咽鼓管阻塞的治疗是一个十分困难的问题。鉴于恒河猴与人的中耳解剖极其相拟我们用10只恒河猴行外耳道进路咽鼓管成形术的动物实验,翼以寻求解决人咽鼓素骨部和峡部阻塞的方法,为扩大中耳成形术的适应症和治疗渗出性中耳炎创造条件。此动物实验的目的是:(1)寻求一条行成咽鼓管成形术安全、方便的手术进路;(2)观察在咽鼓管成形术中放置不同植入材料后的组织反应;(3)同位素铟在咽鼓管功能检查中的应用。

Due to anatomy, physiology and other reasons, the treatment of eustachian tube obstruction is a very difficult problem. In view of the middle ear anatomy of rhesus monkeys and humans, which is very similar to the animal experiment we performed with 10 rhesus macaques through the external auditory canal in order to find a solution to the obstruction of the human drumbone and isthmus, Expand the indications for otoplasty and create conditions for the treatment of exudative otitis media. The purpose of this animal experiment was to: (1) seek a safe and convenient surgical approach to eustachian angioplasty; (2) to observe the tissue response after placement of different implants in Eustachian tube angioplasty; (3) Application of isotope indium in eustachian tube function test.
