Objective To study the role of bone puncture intramedullary infusion in emergency treatment. Methods A total of 47 cases of emergency patients were treated with bone marrow puncture needle 16 ~ 20. First, they were injected with normal saline and dredged needle to connect the tee and emptying the infusion set. Results All cases were successfully punctured within 1 min to establish emergency medication pathway. Conclusion The traditional deep venous catheterization and veno-venous incision is technically difficult, time-consuming and unsuitable for emergency treatment. However, bone puncture can effectively establish the first-aid medication pathway, which is worth to be popularized for effective rescue.
