高价值零备件不合格品的处理会影响企业的生产成本及失销的问题,是企业生产决策的重要内容。以总库存成本最小为目标,构建了对不合格品报废及修复的两类经济生产批量。随后将两类模型的成本函数进行比较,得出不合格品的报废成本与修复成本的函数关系,据此企业可对不合格品处理的方式进行决策。最后,以实例进行分析,验证了函数关系的有效性。
The handling of high-value spare parts and substandard products will affect the production cost of enterprises and the issue of cancellation, which is an important part of an enterprise’s production decision-making. With the goal of minimizing the total inventory cost, two types of economic production batches of scrapped and repaired non-conforming products were constructed. Then the cost functions of the two types of models are compared to get the functional relationship between the scrap cost and the repair cost of the nonconforming products. Therefore, the enterprise can make decisions on how to handle the nonconforming products. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity of the functional relationship.
