目的:探讨彩超评估及指导治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床价值。方法:选取我院自2010年8月~2012年8月收治的92例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿进行分析,并分别在患儿出生24小时、48小时、72小时采用彩超及二维超声检查的基础上进行颅内终末动脉对照检测,记录所得数据。结果:彩超诊断下92例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿轻度23例,中度57例,重度12例。采取有效治疗中,患儿均成功治疗,治疗有效率为100%。结论:彩超在评估新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病时具有显著的临床价值,能够为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗提供有效、科学指导。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in assessing and guiding neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: A total of 92 newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012 were selected and analyzed by color Doppler ultrasonography and two-dimensional ultrasonography at 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours respectively. On the basis of examination, intracranial terminal artery control test, record the data. Results: 92 cases of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound were mild in 23 cases, moderate in 57 cases and severe in 12 cases. To take effective treatment, children were successfully treated, the treatment efficiency was 100%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound in the assessment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy has significant clinical value, can provide effective and scientific guidance for the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
