分析黄铜矿(CuFeS_2),除测定主(基)体元素外,一般尚要求测定Pb、As、Zn、Co、Ni、Cd、Ag、Au、Re、Ga、Ge、Sn、Mo等微量元素。本文报道试样用酸分解后,直接以ICP光谱法同时测定上述微量元素。拟定的分析方法耗样量少,相对偏差在10%以内。一试样制备和分析准确称取50毫克样品于50毫升高型烧杯中,先以少量水润湿,再用硝酸(1+1)以低温缓慢分解完全,蒸至湿盐状态。加入5毫升盐酸(1+1),温热(不高于80℃)浸取片刻,待溶液清亮后放冷,移入25(或50)毫升量瓶中,并稀释至刻度,摇匀。Pb、As、Cd、co、Ni、Zn、Mo、Sn等元素,在法国Jy48光量计上用选定的分
Analysis of chalcopyrite (CuFeS_2) generally requires the determination of trace elements such as Pb, As, Zn, Co, Ni, Cd, Ag, Au, Re, Ga, Ge, Sn, Mo, . This article reports the sample after acid decomposition, direct ICP spectrometry simultaneous determination of the above trace elements. The proposed analysis method consumes less sample, the relative deviation of less than 10%. A sample preparation and analysis accurately weighed 50 mg sample in a 50 ml high-type beaker, first with a small amount of water wetting, and then nitric acid (1 +1) to slowly decompose at low temperature, steamed to wet salt state. Add 5 ml hydrochloric acid (1 + 1), warm (not more than 80 ℃) leaching for a while, clear the solution and let cool, into 25 (or 50) ml volumetric flask and dilute to the mark, shake.
