本调查发现5种野生啮齿动物感染一种巴贝原虫,其中大林姬鼠(Apodemus speciosus)和棕背(鼠平)(clethrionomys rufocanus)的感染率分别为47%和36%,花鼠(Eutamiassibiricus)感染率为25%,红背(鼠平)(cl.rutilus)和褐家鼠(Rattusnorvegicus)亦均有感染。原虫形态特征与微小巴贝原虫极相似。实验感染金黄地鼠,一般于第4周出现显性原虫血症,动物消瘦,可自然恢复。结果表明,调查地区野生啮齿动物感染巴贝原虫,提示该地人群也可能感染巴贝原虫,有必要研究早日发现我国的巴贝原虫病。
