正走向尾声的2010年是充满变动和挑战的关键一年。面对全球金融危机,2010年对中国来说是“十一五”规划的收官之年,也是“十二五”规划的筹划之年,还是新中国广播诞生70周年的纪念之年①。年内,随着国内各行业慢慢走出衰退渐趋复苏,南非世界杯、上海世博会以及广州亚运会等重大活动,带动媒介使用量和广告投放量的快速增长,“十二五”规划建议提出繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业,为广播行业发展带来新的机遇与希望。
