目的统计分析新生儿溶血病溶血3项血清学检测结果,探讨采血时间与检测结果分布格局的关系。方法按标准规程对2009~2011本地医院送检高胆红素血症、疑似新生儿溶血病患儿标本进行溶血3项血清学检测,统计分析检测结果。结果ABO-HDN占送检标本62.1%,其中A型患儿占46.1%,B型患儿占53.9%,采血时间为3d内的确诊HDN阳性率无统计学意义。结论新生儿溶血病血清学检测最适采血时间为出生3d内,但超过3d仍具送检意义。
Objective To analyze and analyze the serological results of three hemolysin hemolytic tests in neonates to explore the relationship between the time of blood sampling and the distribution of test results. Methods According to standard procedures, three serological tests on hemolysis in children with hyperbilirubinemia and suspected hemolytic disease were performed in 2009 ~ 2011 local hospitals, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The ABO-HDN accounted for 62.1% of the samples tested, of which 46.1% of children with type A and 53.9% of children with type B had positive HDN-positive diagnosis. Conclusion The optimal blood sampling time for hemolytic disease in newborn is within 3 days of birth, but it still has the meaning of submission after more than 3 days.
