党委信息是各级党委的“千里眼”和“顺风耳”。基层信息员不仅肩负着服务本级党委、服务基层的重任,而且承担着服务上级党委,向中央和省委、市委报送信息的重要职责。笔者根据多年的观察,发现基层信息员身上大多存在着“不想写”“不敢写”“不会写”等不良倾向,应及时予以纠正。一、克服“不想写”的思想有些基层信息员由于对信息工作的重要性认识不足,为党委决策提供参谋服务的意识不强, Party committees’ information is “clairvoyant” and “downwind” of party committees at all levels.
