In the Soviet Union’s studies on developing countries, the economic role of the state has always been the focus of attention. So far, this kind of research is often attributed to the analysis of the share of the state in the overall macroeconomic indicators (such as production, employment, investment, education, health care and scientific research funding), while the economic system operation caused by state intervention Difficulties and shortcomings did not give due attention. The purpose of this article is to try to overcome this one-sidedness and to provide a comprehensive analysis of the economic activities of developing countries in their countries.
