长久以来，在中国大陆投资的外资企业中一直存在着许多企业“长亏不倒”和“越亏损越投资”的现象，与正常的商业逻辑不相符合。外资企业明亏损实盈利“谜局”背后，究竟隐含着什么问题? 不久前，国家统计局发布数据显示，中国的外资企业六成亏损是非正常的，逃税避税成为多数外资企业在国内盈利的法宝。 国家税务总局有关反避税官员认为，有相当部分的跨国公司是为了避税而制造的人为亏损，跨国公司每年避税给中国造成的税收损失在300亿元以上。
