对2种超细铁精矿粉的烧结性能(包括理化、制粒、成矿性能等)进行了详细的研究,结果表明:超细赤铁矿粉由于其固有属性,使毛细水含量高,成球速度快,易成大球,水分对制粒的影响较大;制粒球强度差,干燥脱粉率高,液相生成区间宽,会对烧结料层的透气性产生影响;粒度细使制粒球较致密且易成大球的特性,影响到烧结过程中与CaO的矿化反应,使烧结生成铁酸钙的量减少,以至影响到烧结矿的强度和成品率的提高。
