介绍了某工程盾构隧道围岩压力的现场监测方法和测试结果,包括:测量元件的选择及埋设、测试方法、测试结果及分析等。通过对试验数据的分析,得到了盾构隧道围岩压力随时问的变化规律,并对围岩压力监测值与理论值进行了对比。研究表明:目前设计中常用的惯用设计法土压力计算模型是合理的,计算土压力与实测土压力基本接近。盾尾注浆压力比实测土压力大,是施工过程管片外表面受到的最大外部荷载,设计时外荷载取值应考虑盾尾注浆压力。
This paper introduces the on-site monitoring methods and test results of surrounding rock pressure of shield tunnel in an engineering project, including selection and embedding of measuring components, test methods, test results and analysis. Through the analysis of experimental data, the variation law of the surrounding rock pressure of the shield tunnel is obtained at any time, and the monitoring value of the surrounding rock pressure is compared with the theoretical value. The research shows that it is reasonable to calculate the earth pressure with the conventional design method commonly used in the present design. The calculated earth pressure is basically close to the measured earth pressure. Shield tail grouting pressure than the measured earth pressure is the maximum external load on the outer surface of the pipe during the construction process, the design of the load value should be considered when the shield tail grouting pressure.
