为了揭示TCR-抗原肽-MHC三元复合体的识别模式,利用基因工程技术构建的可溶性MHC分子,为此提供了有利工具。可溶性单链MHC分子具有与穿膜型分子相类似的功能,在体外已成功地应用于TCR与MHC分子之间的识别动力学研究及三维空间结构研究,并可能作为一种免疫调节分子起到治疗疾病作用。
To reveal the pattern of recognition of the TCR-antigen peptide-MHC ternary complex, soluble MHC molecules constructed using genetic engineering techniques provide an advantageous tool for this purpose. Soluble single-chain MHC molecules have the similar function as the transmembrane-type molecules and have been successfully applied to the recognition kinetics studies and three-dimensional spatial structure studies between TCR and MHC molecules in vitro and may serve as an immunomodulatory molecule Treatment of disease.
