堆石混凝土的密实度是表现耐久性和抗渗性的重要指标。为了研究其密实度检测方法的可行性,将堆石混凝土应用于兰新线乌西至精河段部分增建二线工程中,并在现场进行相关试验研究。其中在部分试验段,运用密实度计量分析法、钻孔取芯与芯样评定法、超声波检测及红外成像技术无损检测4种方法对堆石混凝土密实度进行检测,通过对检测结果的对比分析,发现应用红外成像技术的预埋管件无损检测方法能比较真实地检测出混凝土的密实情况,并具有操作简单和成本低廉的优点。
The density of rockfill concrete is an important indicator of durability and impermeability. In order to study the feasibility of its density testing method, the rockfill concrete was applied to the second-line project of the second section of the Wuyi-Jinghe section of the Lanxin Line, and related experiments were conducted in the field. In some of the test sections, the compaction degree of rockfill concrete was tested by using four methods of density measurement, drilling coring and core sample evaluation, ultrasonic testing and infrared imaging non-destructive testing. Through the comparative analysis of test results It is found that the non-destructive testing method of embedded pipe using infrared imaging technology can detect the compactness of concrete more accurately and has the advantages of simple operation and low cost.
