在现代社会中,企业之间的竞争,归根结底是人才之间的竞争,要想提高人才素质和质量,就要建立一定的激励机制,而薪酬管理是促进企业人才发展的有效方法。合理的薪酬可以激励员工更加认真的投入工作,并且有利于吸引更多高素质的人才到企业发展,对企业的稳步前进起着积极的作用。本文就企业薪酬管理的问题进行思考。
