From the perspective of ecocriticism, this essay analyzes two major themes in the novel: The relationship between land and women indicates that the possession and reform of land by the patriarchal clan materialized the land. At the same time, the patriarchal rights brought about the expansion and prosperity of the materialization of women, and the ecosystem represented by the materialized land Deteriorated but bite back women who depend on land. The novel reminds mankind that the trajectory left behind by civilized construction and the unnatural social environment will leave irreversible damage on the natural environment and on human beings and urge human beings to assume between the actual behavior and the forthcoming or ongoing consequence They should bear the responsibility.
