以生菜、大白菜、辣椒、小白菜和花椰菜5种蔬菜种子为研究对象,采用不同浓度发酵水葫芦汁液浸种,通过测定种子发芽势、发芽率以及幼芽的各项生长指标,研究沼液浸种浓度对蔬菜种子发芽的影响。实验结果表明:低浓度沼液促进种子发芽,高浓度沼液抑制种子发芽;其中最佳发芽势浸种浓度均维持在1%~10%之间,最佳发芽率浸种浓度均维持在1%~30%之间,较好发芽率的浸种浓度范围为1%~50%;通过方差分析各项生长指标可知,对照组的生长指标与实验组的生长指标均存在显著性差异,说明沼液浸种对蔬菜幼芽的生长有显著影响,但不同浓度对幼芽各项指标的影响各有侧重。
