“问题学生”是指那些与同年龄段学生相比,由于受到家庭、社会、学校等方面不良因素的影响,而在思想、认识、心理、行为、学习等方面偏离常态,需要在他人帮助下才能解决问题的学生。“心理素质教育不是说教,是参与;不是侦讯,是了解;不是批评,是疏导;不是做作,是真诚;不是解答,是领悟;不是解决问题,是协助成长;不是表面屈从,是内心转变。”这段话为我们教育“问题学生”提供了宗旨和工作原则。笔者在几年的班主任工作经历中,也摸索出几点
