如果说情感因素是学校教育的灵魂的话,那么快乐元素则是教学实践的活力源泉。理论和实践表明,对于唯情趣论且缺乏责任自控能力的小学生而言,快乐教学是不可或缺的良好活性支撑。因此,在小学体育教学过程中,教师要坚持以学生为中心,充分利用他们求新求异的心理,采用新鲜的事物、形式和角度刺激他们,创造健康活泼、生动有趣的教育教学环境,从而积极有效地诱发他们的内在活力,促使他们在玩中学、在学中玩,一方面取得寓教于乐的教学效果,另一方面为促进他们的全面发展和终身发展奠基铺路。作者结合自身教学实践与思考,谈谈看法。
If the emotional factor is the soul of school education, then happiness is the source of vitality in teaching practice. Theory and practice show that for the elementary students who have only the sentimentality and lack of ability to take charge of responsibility, happiness teaching is an indispensable and good active support. Therefore, in the process of primary school PE teaching, teachers should adhere to regard students as the center, make full use of their psychology of seeking new differences, and stimulate them with fresh things, forms and perspectives to create a healthy, lively and interesting education and teaching environment. Actively and effectively induce their inner vitality and encourage them to play secondary schools and play in school. On the one hand, they can obtain entertaining teaching effects and, on the other, pave the way for the promotion of their all-round development and lifelong development. The author combines his own teaching practice and thinking, to talk about the view.
