采用数值方法模拟表面放电光泵浦 Xe F( C-A)激光形成过程 ,分析反应粒子、气体温度、腔内损失、耦合透过率、Xe F2 压力对激光输出的影响 ,数值计算结果与自行研制的表面放电光泵浦 Xe F( C-A)激光器的实验结果吻合较好。
The formation process of Xe F (CA) laser by surface discharge was simulated by numerical method. The effects of reaction particles, gas temperature, cavity loss, coupling transmission and Xe F2 pressure on laser output were analyzed. The numerical results were compared with the self-developed The experimental results of surface discharge optical pump Xe F (CA) laser agree well.
