通过使用三种过滤器研究过滤对铸态铁素体基体球墨铸铁金相组织和机械性能的影响,发现铁液经过过滤:可使球墨铸铁的石墨球细化且圆整度提高,珠光体数量减少;抗拉强度基本不变而延伸率与常温和低温下的冲击值显著改善,延伸率疲劳比也提高.在不同的过滤器中,过滤效果越好,球墨铸铢的塑性与韧性提高越明显.泡沫陶瓷过滤器效果最佳;挤压成形网格式过滤器次之;芯形过滤器效果较差.
