针对国内大多数水厂都是手动控制加药,对水量大幅度变化或者遇到暴雨天气使得浊度变化剧烈时难以准确控制投药量的问题,提出了采用无模型控制器的前馈-反馈方案来对水厂投药过程进行控制。它针对上述问题进行有效的控制,达到对原水浊度剧烈变化时能实时且有效控制出水浊度,使出水达到工业标准并能节约成本。无模型控制器实时控制能保证加药量既不会浪费也能控制水质到水厂规定的浊度值,其良好的鲁棒性及快速性,表明了其在水厂智能加药控制过程中的可行性。
