目的:了解深圳市医院集中空调系统卫生状况,给卫生管理提供依据。方法:对6家医院集中空调系统的卫生管理状况进行调查,按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求进行采样和检测。结果:6家医院共24套通风系统中送风空气PM10合格率为95.8%(23/24),细菌总数的合格率为81.4%(96/118),真菌总数合格率为93.2%(110/118),β-溶血性链球菌等致病菌均未检出;风管表面积尘量合格率为95.8%(22/24),细菌总数合格率为100%(162/162),真菌总数合格率为100%(162/162),致病菌均未检出;空调冷凝水嗜肺军团菌合格率为100%(16/16),空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌的污染率高达50%(8/16)。结论:深圳市医院集中空调通风系统送风空气有污染,冷却塔嗜肺军团菌检出率高,已对医患健康构成一定威胁,应加大监督管理力度,加强集中空调通风系统各环节的清洁和消毒工作。
Objective: To understand the health condition of central air-conditioning system in Shenzhen hospital and provide basis for health management. Methods: The health management of central air conditioning systems in 6 hospitals was investigated and sampled and tested according to the requirements of Hygienic Standard for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places. Results: The passing rate of air PM10 in 24 ventilating systems of 6 hospitals was 95.8% (23/24), the pass rate of total bacteria was 81.4% (96/118), the pass rate of total fungi was 93.2% (110 / 118), β-hemolytic streptococcus and other pathogenic bacteria were not detected; air duct surface dust passing rate was 95.8% (22/24), the total number of bacteria passing rate of 100% (162/162), the total number of fungi The rate of 100% (162/162), no pathogens were detected; air-conditioned condensate Legionella pneumophila qualified rate of 100% (16/16), air-conditioning cooling water Legionella pneumophila contamination rate as high as 50% ( 8/16). Conclusion: Shenzhen hospital centralized air-conditioning ventilation air pollution, cooling tower Legionella pneumophila high detection rate, has posed a certain threat to the health of doctors and heaths, supervision and management should be strengthened to strengthen the central air conditioning and ventilation system of all aspects of Cleaning and disinfection work.
