目的探讨新生儿听力筛查的意义及寻求早期干预和治疗的措施。方法回顾性分析我院产科近年出生的926例全部存活新生儿听力筛查资料。结果 926例全部存活新生儿于出生后第1~5天经过听力的初筛,通过783例,占84.56%;复筛未通过30例,最后确诊5例新生儿均为听力障碍,总发病率为5.4‰。结论及早对新生儿进行听力筛查有助于及早发现听力损失,及早采取干预和治疗措施,提高新生儿的听力健康水平。
Objective To explore the significance of neonatal hearing screening and to seek early intervention and treatment measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 926 cases of neonatal hearing screening data of all survivals born in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital in recent years. Results 926 cases of all surviving newborns were tested for hearing after 1 to 5 days of birth, 783 cases passed 84.56%, 30 cases failed to pass the screening test, and 5 cases were diagnosed as hearing impairment. The total incidence rate 5.4 ‰. Conclusion Early hearing screening of newborns can help early detection of hearing loss, early intervention and treatment measures to improve the hearing of newborns.
