三向张力索网是构成环形可展开天线反射器的重要组成部分,研究其动力特性对星载天线的结构优化和热控制方面都提供有价值的参考。首先根据连续化薄膜理论建立三向张力索网横向振动的动力学方程,然后采用分离变量法求得其自由振动的理论解,从而得到张力索网的频率和振型的解析表达式。最后将ANSYS有限元仿真及试验得出的自由振动的频率及振型值与理论解比较,得出三者结果都比较接近。
The three-way tension cable network is an important part of the ring-shaped deployable reflector. It is of great value to study the dynamic characteristics of the space-borne antenna in structural optimization and thermal control. Firstly, according to the theory of continuous thin film, the dynamic equation of transverse vibration of three-dimensional tension cable network is established, and then the free vibration theoretical solution is obtained by the method of separation variable. The analytical expressions of frequency and mode of tension network are obtained. Finally, the ANSYS finite element simulation and experimental results of the free vibration frequency and mode value compared with the theoretical solution, concluded that the three results are relatively close.
