With the development of industry, transportation and construction, the occurrence of multiple trauma has been increasing day by day, and has become an important issue in emergency medicine and trauma medicine. By the 1950s, wounding and poisoning was the 9th cause of death, which has now risen to 5; WHO estimates that the number of road traffic fatalities and disability will increase by 60% by 2020, and the global burden of disease (The number of years of life lost due to premature death and disability, DALY) will jump from 9th place in 1990 to 3th place [1]. In remote desert areas where our institute is located, poor road conditions and few roadside reference objects easily lead to fatigue driving and speeding of motor vehicle drivers. Fewer vehicles along the way are likely to cause the driver to be paralyzed and cause frequent traffic accidents. In addition, There are several mines around our hospital. In recent years, multiple injuries such as bruises, burns, wounds and strangulation of machines have also been on the rise
