笔者从茶人角度看《儒》,发现了明代广泛饮茶史的一个片段,全书共五十六回,有四十九回谈到茶,《儒》书从茶的饮用茶,具器皿的描绘,以及大量茶的专用名词的记载都生动反映当时茶的普及和人们对茶的欣赏饮用。今天特从各方面试图对《儒》书茶事记载略作分析。“茶之为饮,始于神农氏”,相传在四千年以前的神农时期就开始了茶的药用,从西汉王褒《僮约》的“烹茶尽具”,发展到明清,饮茶之风久兴不衰,烹茶方法由原来的煮水煎茶为主向沸水冲泡发展,社会上不仅饮茶区域,人口日益扩大,而且烹茶与品茶方法
