三轴数控机床存在21项几何误差,导致机床进给运动时产生空间误差,影响机床的加工精度。通过坐标轴的齐次变换矩阵,建立了XYTZ型三轴数控机床的几何误差模型。通过对数控机床定位误差的测量,并基于数控系统的误差补偿功能,对机床实行反向间隙补偿和螺距误差补偿。补偿结果表明通过对机床定位误差补偿可以有效减小几何误差的不利影响。
Three-axis CNC machine tool there are 21 geometric errors, resulting in machine tool feed motion space error, affecting the machining accuracy. The geometric error model of XYTZ three-axis CNC machine tool is established through the homogeneous transformation matrix of coordinate axes. Through the measurement of CNC machine tool positioning error, and based on the error compensation function of NC system, backlash compensation and pitch error compensation are implemented for the machine tool. The compensation results show that the adverse effect of geometric errors can be effectively reduced by compensating the machine positioning error.
