中风以其高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率已经成为严重威胁人类生命与健康的主要疾病之一[1]。在现代科学研究中,小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型因为能够很好的模拟人类中风后缺血区脑梗死以及偏瘫症状。又结合当今广泛开展的转基因技术以及基因敲除技术,在研究药物治疗中风以及寻找新药靶点方面有独到的优势,因此被广泛应用[2]。但是,小鼠颅内血管的解剖结构以及线栓入颅后所走路线却从未有人报道,本研究通过展示小鼠颅内血管铸型以及线栓堵住大脑中动脉后的颅底解剖照片,来展示局灶性脑缺血模型
