目的观察增损甘露消毒丹对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织PDGF-BB、CTGF的影响,探讨其抗肝纤维化的作用机制。方法采用四氯化碳(CCL4)皮下注射和乙醇灌胃等制备肝纤维化大鼠模型,设空白组、病理模型组、增损甘露消毒丹小、中、大剂量组和复方鳖甲软肝片组。治疗结束后肝组织作HE染色观察肝组织纤维化程度,免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测肝组织PDGF-BB、CTGF的表达。结果与模型组比较,增损甘露消毒丹大、中剂量组肝损害明显好转,肝细胞变性坏死程度较轻,结缔组织增生不明显;大鼠肝组织PDGF-BB、CTGF的含量明显降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论增损甘露消毒丹能够改善肝纤维化程度,拮抗肝纤维化大鼠肝组织中PDGF-BB、CTGF的表达,从而发挥抗肝纤维化的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Ganlu Disinfectant on the expression of PDGF-BB and CTGF in liver tissue of rats with hepatic fibrosis, and to explore its mechanism of action against hepatic fibrosis. The content of PDGF-BB and CTGF in the liver tissue of rats decreased significantly There was significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Increasing loss of Ganlu Disinfectant can improve the degree of liver fibrosis and antagonize the expression of PDGF-BB and CTGF in liver tissue of rats with hepatic fibrosis, and thus play an anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
