碳钢连退机组中,立式活套中的带钢保持稳定的张力行进,这对机组的连续平稳运行非常重要,而带钢横截面积的变化和活套钢丝绳的拉伸变形是影响活套张力稳定的两个重要因素。从原理上分析阐述带钢横截面积变化和活套钢丝绳拉伸变形对活套张力的影响,并在控制系统中添加相应的补偿环节来消除这些张力扰动。
In continuous carbon steel unit, the strip in the vertical looper keeps steady tension, which is very important to the continuous smooth running of the unit. The change of the cross-sectional area of the strip and the tensile deformation of the looper wire rope affect the continuous Sleeve stability of the two important factors. From the principle, the influence of the change of the strip cross-sectional area and the tensile deformation of the looper wire rope on the tension of the looper is analyzed and explained, and the corresponding compensation links are added to the control system to eliminate these tension disturbances.
