This article mainly discusses and analyzes the topic of humanization of hospital services in China from different aspects. It adheres to the human-centered approach and provides more humanized services to patients. It points out that humanized services specifically refer to the creation of higher social benefits. The future development of the hospital seeks for a better development. This is a necessary foundation for the hospital to create a good affinity. From different perspectives, we point out the specific measures taken by the hospital in providing humanized services and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the behavior.
